SHIPPING
Our paperbacks, standard hardbacks and ebooks are distributed only via online stores. Our limited edition hardbacks and signed paperbacks accompanied by art are distributed directly from EyeCorner Press in Denmark.
Orders are sent via the Danish postal service Postnord and International Standard Delivery overseas. There is no tracking due to the exorbitant fees for this service. As we try to absorb some of the ever increasing shipping rates, we’ve decided to offer a flat rate for all purchases at $20.
In the case of very special items, we offer a tracked and signed option to the UK, Europe and Worldwide, calculated on the basis of your location.
Depending on the art that goes into the special edition variations, we aim to ship within 2 working days, but we may take longer if the artwork requires more time to produce, though usually no more than 7 days.
RETURNS, LOST ITEMS, AND LATE DELIVERY
As a general rule, we do not accept returns of our special edition books or the original art that accompanies them, but if an item arrives damaged, let us know and we will try to replace it.
Please note, however, that it is not possible to replace original artwork. If a special edition pack (book + art) gets lost in the mail, we can either refund you, or we can make a new combination for you. While the book will the be the same, the artwork will be different. We will not replace your special edition pack without your prior consent of the new artwork.
If a book or special edition pack does not reach you within 30 days from shipping, let us know and we will send you a new one – provided that the book will still be in stock and the new artwork will be approved by you.
Please make sure that you have the correct delivery address on your order. We do not take responsibility for orders sent to the wrong address.
